All About Me

I am a trauma informed Life Coach and an Usui Holy Fire Reiki II practitioner. Focusing on serving my clients needs as a human first, I also hold their vision at the forefront to perpetuate growth where they want it most. I create a judgment free, sex-positive container and help clients recognize when strategies and patterns no longer serve their deepest needs.

Using my connection to non-physical energy, I hold space for the embodiment, processing and release of emotions and patterns. I guide my clients to a grounded space to acknowledge and process the human experience intertwined with trauma by co-regulating nervous systems. Helping clients transform their relationship to themselves, to their emotions and with others through deep compassion and acceptance is at the forefront of my approach. 

I value and model living in the ‘AND’ by embracing and cultivating the peace and strength to be both a human having a lived experience, AND working towards a higher vision. Trusting that all the answers my clients seek are within themselves, I encourage trusting their intuition and leaning into healthy boundaries.

I am a proud cat mom who enjoys collecting crystals, traveling near and far, playing board games and dancing like nobody’s watching. Proudly queer and polyamorous, I call Chicago, IL home with my nesting partner of 15 years after living and traveling the country in our renovated RV post cancer treatment.
