I support humans, their relationships with themselves, and their relationships with others so they feel less alone in this thing called life.

As a Trauma Informed Coach, I want you to know that:

• All the work we do together will be rooted in choice, consent, and collaboration.

• I do not believe in being an authority as a Coach and I actively work to dismantle any hierarchy present in our dynamic

• I believe that you know yourself better than anyone else.

• I do not assume to have a safe space, only you get to decide what is safe and I acknowledge that will take time.
